Our date and walnut cake is a hand-finished, moist fruit cake made with chopped dates and decorated with walnuts and whole dates. It is made with apple juice and contains no egg or dairy, making it suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with lactose-intolerance.

  • Dates (24%), wheat flour, sugar, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, salt, water), chopped walnuts (3%), vegetable glycerin, apple juice from concentrate, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, preservative (potassium sorbate), glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates))
