We have a small confession; this might well be the biscuit we’re most proud of (but please don't tell the others). Why? Because, it’s where we started, baking oat biscuits, and we’ve had a mild obsession with them ever since. We think this one is about as near perfect as perfect can get. A snap, a crunch and a perfect chew, all in one oaty mouthful. Ideal topped with the cheese of your choice (for us that would be Stilton), or simply on they’re own – yes they’re that delicious.
