A customer favourite, with a beautiful cut of lean Beef fillet which has been seasoned for no less than 24 hours. Wrapped in a bed of Hennessey’s own Mushroom Duxelles recipe and finished with hand rolled Puff Pastry. Certainly deserves a place at any table.
